Larger than life vigneron, Roman Bratasiuk changed Australia's fine wine landscape when he established Clarendon Hills in 1990. Moss Wood is a premium wine producer located in the Margaret River wine region of Western Australia. The area is regarded as one of Australia's premium grape growing regions. Owners Keith and Clare Mugford enjoy the challenge of consistently producing high-quality wines at Moss Wood. All decisions made in the vineyard and winery are based on the effect they will have on the quality of the wine.
The vineyard was established by Rick Kinzbrunner in the early 1970's. The Winery overlooks the vineyard and Giaconda is producing stunning Pinot Noir and some of Australia's very revered and stylish Chardonnays.
