La Crema was founded in 1979 and quickly established itself as a pioneer of intensely flavored Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from cool climates. The winery has dedicated more than 30 years to explore the depth and breadth of varietal expression in California's fine cool-climate vineyards.
They look for one unifying factor at these exceptional sites: coastal wind and fog that allows the grapes ripen slowly on the vine, developing intensely complex aromas and flavors while retaining firm acid structure.
South Africa's innovative and dynamic winery.
Under Charles Back II’s sure guidance, Fairview has come full circle: from its days as one of the Capes' early wine farms developed at the turn of the 17th century, to its current position as one of South Africa's successful, enduring, innovative wineries firmly ensconced in the 21st century.
Crystallum was established in 2007 by brothers Andrew and Peter-Allan Finlayson and exclusively makes Burgundian varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from vineyards largely located in the cool Hemel-en-Aarde region. Like many young South African producers, they started out buying fruit from trusted growers, however they have recently bought a vineyard in order to make estate wines.
Peter-Allan, along with his peers in South Africa, are at the forefront of expressing the unique growing conditions in South Africa and their ability to make much admired wines at incredible value. These reasons make South Africa an exciting 'lesser known' wine producing regions in the world. We are thrilled to be able to introduce these wines to China. All of the wines are sold on allocation and will therefore always be limited in supply.
(Produced by Fairview) The art of blending creates many of the world's great wines, with only a wonderful blend of grape varietals making a wine of true balance. Our timeless goat icon, inspired by an ancient Mesopotamian artifact, symbolizes the importance of balance and composition, the core of our winemaker's art.
Don Melchor is an indisputable name in the Chilean fine wine scene. A masterpiece of Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile with over 30 years of history and the flagship label of Concha y Toro, is a truly unique wine of historical importance. The great terroir of Puente Alto gives winemaker Enrique Tirado the premium Cabernet Sauvignon he needs to make Don Melchor. The seven distinct parcels are terroirs that each bring a different character to the wine giving greater complexity and elegance. Like the first growths of Bordeaux, Don Melchor is a wine made from an exceptional terroir, with limited production and availability. Rare and special.

A Wine Legend.
The history of Casillero del Diablo begins more than 135 years ago, at a time when the founder of Viña Concha y Toro, Don Melchor de Concha y Toro, stored his fine wines in a cellar, behind a wrought-iron locked gate. After noticing wine being stolen from the cellar, Don Melchor de Concha y Toro spread a rumor that the devil lived there. From that day on no other bottles disappeared. Decades later the story was captured by Casillero del Diablo, a Cabernet Sauvignon launched in the 60s with its 1966 vintage. Over time the brand grew, adding new varieties and product lines until it became a recognized Chilean wine brand in the world today.
Concha y Toro and Mouton Rothschild's joint venture in Chile.
Made from a blend of classic Bordeaux varieties, in which Cabernet Sauvignon predominates, Almaviva is the result of a felicitous encounter between two cultures. Chile offers its soil, its climate and its vineyards, while France contributes its winemaking savoir-faire and traditions. The result is an exceptionally elegant and complex wine. Its launch was a major milestone in the development of Chilean wines, both in Chile itself and in the international market.
A Vineyard within a Vineyard.
Terrunyo (from terruño, the Spanish word for terroir) wine starts out with hand-picked fruit sourced from a cluster of vines in a well-delimited vineyard in which a micro-climate, the chosen grape stock, a select piece of soil and the expert hand of man interact, magically creating a great harmony and delivering unrivaled quality.
